Shipping

Orders are shipped quickly using the service selected at checkout. We add tracking information to all orders, this should show live information on where your order is.

If you still require help please contact us, we will be happy to track the order for you.

Our aim is to ship all orders as fast as quickly as possible. We usually send orders received by 3pm out on the same day. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and service selected on checkout.

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouse in Uxbridge. Please ensure you checkout using Bank Transfer payment, then contact us to arrange a collection date and time.

Returns

If you wish to return your order please follow the instructions on our Refund policy page.

We are sorry that your order has not been delivered complete. Please contact us so we can quickly send you the missing parts.

Trade and Public Sector Orders

We regularly supply VARs, trade sellers and the public sector.

We currently offer 30 day credit to Public Sector accounts only. This is a strict policy not open to change.

We are registered with many Public Sector organisations and trusts. Including NHS Trusts, M.O.D and Central & Local Government.
